ATM Software
ATM application, developed by SIBS is compatible with every ATM brand and models, always
assuring the best performance, reliability and following up, of the best international practices
regarding software development.
This application is a fundamental component in the ATM management system, distinguishing
SIBS’ offer, assuring the monitoring and management of system’s incidents in real-time.
Terminals Certification
So that a terminal operates in Multibanco network, SIBS assures the evaluation,
selection and homologation of several ATM models available in the market, in order to assure the
standards of technical quality and safety of the equipments connected to its network.
Procurement and Stocks Management
Together with banks, SIBS assures the providing and negotiation of terminals acquired for
Multibanco network.
ATM Logistics and Installation
In a partnership with manufacturers and technicians experts in equipments, SIBS assures the
ATMS’ physical installation at the bank agency, as well as in any other spot, selected by the
acquiring bank (removals, replacements and transfers).
Configuration and Initiation
This is a task carried out by certified technicians, who, together with the remaining SIBS
network management services, initiate the terminal.
Monitoring and Incidents Management
Working 24x7, SIBS’ operational control centre, assures a permanent monitoring of the
ATM’s network status, what allows a quick intervention in the field.
Incidents’ management, is performed in a fully automatic way, through the use of
cutting edge equipments available in the market, that assure in real time, the detection of
eventual failures.
First Line Technical Assistance
In order to maximise the functioning and availability of Multibanco ATM network, several
routine tasks are performed, such as: paper replacement, cards capture removal, and cash reload,
amongst others. The Bank that supports the terminal is responsible for these tasks’
performance.
Second Line Technical Assistance
With the purpose of solving several technical or application incidents in Multibanco network,
SIBS actually provides a technical assistance specialized service, with pre-defined answer periods,
what assures a complete maintenance of the network and a reduction of the equipments’
unavailability periods.
Chargebacks
Chargeback services, provide all the necessary support to handle complaints from issuing
entities.
These services include the management and control of the necessary procedures to each
process, respecting payment systems rules and considering the timings established to solve the
reported problems.
