In 2002, SIBS implemented a Business Continuity Plan (PCN), in order to reduce the risk of occurrences in the Data Center and assure the immediate re-establishment of the main services provided by SIBS in the event of disaster.

The PCN includes information transfer and update to a secondary data center, which has the same technological skills as the main data center, assuring the main critical services.

The transfer of communications between SIBS and its clients, to the secondary data center is immediately done with the minimum lost of information.

The PCN’s permanent update has been a priority to SIBS in order to keep a solid alternative to the main structure.
